Alex Apparels is committed to creating a positive impact that extends beyond fashion and production. As part of this commitment, we were proud to collaborate with Naseeg, a social enterprise dedicated to transforming fabric leftovers into eco-friendly products while empowering women to develop their skills and work from home.
The Happiness Dolls Initiative
Alex Apparels participated in Naseeg’s inspiring “Happiness Dolls” Workshop, where volunteers came together to create handmade fabric dolls. These dolls, crafted with care and creativity, were distributed to children across Egypt in places such as Saint Catherine, Aswan, Siwa, and Alexandria.
The initiative represents more than just a gift; each doll carries a message of joy, hope, and connection, reminding children in remote and underserved communities that they are remembered and valued.
Through this partnership, Alex Apparels contributed by donating fabric leftovers from our production lines. By doing so, we not only supported sustainability and waste reduction but also helped to empower women engaged in the workshop, providing them with resources to enhance their skills and create income opportunities from home.
This collaboration perfectly reflects Alex Apparels’ broader CSR vision:
Sustainability → Reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
Women Empowerment → Supporting women in building skills and accessing flexible work opportunities.
Community Engagement → Bringing happiness and hope to children across Egypt.
By participating in initiatives like the Happiness Dolls Workshop, Alex Apparels continues to align with global standards of responsible business practices. These values, sustainability, empowerment, and community impact, are the same principles we bring to our partnerships with trusted global clients, ensuring that our business success goes hand in hand with social responsibility.
