The Minister of Labor Force, Mohamed Gebran, visited Alex Apparels, where he extended an invitation to young women seeking employment to apply for the job opportunities offered by the company.

During the visit, Minister Mohamed Gebran emphasized the importance of vocational training and encouraged young women between the ages of 18 to 40 to take advantage of the job openings at Alex Apparels.


The Ministry of Labor Force is committed to providing the necessary training and qualifications for youth through its vocational training centers, ensuring they are equipped with the skills required for the workforce.


As part of the coordination between the ministry and Alex Apparels, young women who are interested in pursuing a career with us will be able to apply weekly until the required number of applicants is met. This initiative aims to foster equal opportunities and empower young women to step into the workforce with confidence and the skills they need to succeed.


Alex Apparels is committed to providing opportunities for both experienced and inexperienced candidates. For experienced applicants, the company will issue employment contracts that adhere to the minimum wage guidelines.

This ensures fair compensation for their hard work and contributions to the company.


For those without prior experience, Alex Apparels will offer a two-month training course that provides valuable skills and hands-on experience in the garment industry. During this training period, candidates will receive a symbolic stipend to support them financially.

Upon successful completion of the training, they will be hired by the company, allowing them to embark on a fulfilling career with long-term prospects.
