On International Women’s Day, we organized a full-day event at our factory, bringing together female employees to educate them about the significance of early breast cancer detection.
The event featured expert speakers from the Baheya Foundation who provided valuable information on the symptoms, risk factors, and the importance of regular screenings.

In a step towards making a long-term impact, Alex Apparels and Baheya Foundation signed an official protocol aimed at further supporting the health of our female employees and their families.
The agreement includes a commitment to allocate funds for establishing a tissue pathology lab at Baheya Foundation's hospital, allowing for the enhancement of diagnostic capabilities in the fight against breast cancer.
This initiative will not only benefit our employees but also extend to the spouses of male employees, providing them with free screenings and treatment. This is part of our ongoing effort to ensure that the well-being of our workforce extends beyond the factory walls, and we are proud to contribute to the health of our community in such a meaningful way.
As part of the event, we also hosted a special draw exclusively for the female employees at Alex Apparels, with five lucky winners receiving a rewarding Umrah trip. This gesture was aimed at recognizing and appreciating the hard work and dedication of our female workforce, providing them with an opportunity to embark on a spiritual journey.
