At Alex Apparels, we believe empowering our workforce is the cornerstone of producing high-quality garments and fostering a positive, healthy working environment.
In alignment with this belief, we offer training sessions to our team through several entities such as Better Work, a collaboration between the United Nations’ International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
Better Work Training Program is a two-day initiative designed to equip our supervisors with the skills and tools needed for effective leadership and management.
The training aims to enhance communication skills, address harassment, and improve supervisory and management techniques, enabling supervisors to create a productive and safe working environment.
